Unique Registration Code (URC)

A Unique Registration Code (URC) is generated for every delegate for ease of registration during the Summit. The delegate must present the e-ticket (with your business card for identity verification) at the registration counters in order to collect their event package (i.e. Event Pass, lanyard and Delegate’s Booklet) at the Congress/Masterclass.

How to use your URC and QR code printed on your tickets?

During the Congress/Masterclass, registration counters will be sorted according to the first 4 digits of your URC.

Please approach the correct registration counter and present the QR code on your mobile device (with your business card for identity verification) when collecting your delegate package during the Congress/Masterclass.

For example, if your URC is 1021P1, the first 4 digits are “1021”. Hence you should present your printed ticket at the registration counter with a sign “URC Starting 1000-1050”. If unsure, please approach our friendly staff on site.
