Virtual Conference Format

The keynotes and masterclasses are made up of pre-recorded videos and activities with slides and handouts provided. Delegates may contribute to the virtual discussion boards during the video segments.

The videos are available for one-time viewing any time in the month of November 2020.

Delegates are expected to set aside time to finish viewing each keynote/masterclass in one sitting. Once the delegate has started viewing the keynote/masterclass, the viewing rights will be removed at the end of the same day by night time 2359.

Post Keynote/Masterclass Live QA with Speakers

Delegates are expected to plan on their own accord and finish viewing all the pre-recorded video sessions before attending the live QA sessions. Upon completion of viewing all the videos for the keynotes/masterclasses, a live QA email invitation will be extended to the delegates.

The most updated schedule for the live QA sessions can be found at the link here.

For delegates who can’t attend the live QA sessions, it will be recorded and can be viewed at a later date.
