All prices are in net Singapore Dollars and covers lunch, teabreaks and handbook. No GST required. Surcharge applies on all credit card payments.
*For delegate to enjoy the Super Early rate and secure a seat, payment has to be made within the payment terms stated in the invoice or before 30 April 2020*, whichever is earlier, else the next higher tier rate applies, depending on the actual payment date.
*Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you need to delay payment with reasons stated for our consideration. If the participant’s budget is restricted by the financial year and cannot make payment in time by the school, INTASE will issue a receipt to participants who choose to make payment on their accord and make claims from their schools at a later date.
Registration and Payment
Each participant can only choose one of the registration fee types listed below. The registration fee covers daily lunch, tea breaks and conference materials.
The registration fee does not cover any kind of insurance. Overseas participants are recommended to make arrangements for their own travel or personal insurance.
For cancellations made more than 7 days after your registration is received by INTASE and
1) payment has been made by delegate(s), INTASE will not provide any refunds to the delegate(s).
2) payment has not been made by delegate, the invoiced fee remains payable in full by the delegate(s).
Should you wish to cancel your registration within the 7 day cooling off period after your online registration, we will refund your registration fee less an administration fee of SGD100 per delegate.
Any cancellation must be made in writing to email@example.com and acknowledged by INTASE.
For non-attendance with no notifications received and acknowledged by INTASE on cancellations within 7 days from online registration, the invoiced fee remains payable in full by the delegate(s).
INTASE will issue receipt as proof to any delegate who is unable to attend and who has paid in full.
If you are unable to attend this event, a substitute delegate may be sent to replace you at no extra charge. All substitutions must be made in writing and sent by email via firstname.lastname@example.org.
INTASE reserves the right to cancel the event due to the rarest unforeseen circumstances beyond its control. In the rarest circumstance of the event being cancelled, a refund of the *conference fee paid (minus any telegraphic bank fees and wire fees) will be made but no compensation will be paid for any additional costs incurred such as non-refundable airfares and hotel accommodation room charges, etc.
*If the conference fee was paid via credit card, any incurred credit card payment agent fee will not be refundable. If the conference fee was paid via telegraphic transfer, any bank transfer fees or wire fees will not be refundable.
Event Postponement and Changes
INTASE reserves the right to postpone the event due to the rarest unforeseen circumstances beyond its control. In the rarest circumstance of the event being postponed, all paid registrations will be automatically transferred to the event with the new dates. No refunds will be issued for paid registrations. If the attendees can’t make it on the new dates, substitution of attendees is allowed without penalty.
All speakers and topics are correct at the time of printing. INTASE reserves the right to substitute speakers and cancel or alter the content and timing of the programme for reasons beyond its control.
Travel and Accommodation Policy
The organizers will not accept liability for non-approval of visas, individual transport delays and transport disruption, and in such circumstances our normal cancellation rules and penalties apply. Where matters beyond the reasonable control of the organizers impair or prevent the organizers from being able to perform their obligation under events, the client releases the organizers from any liability, incidental or consequential to such matters.
MODES OF PAYMENT
Payment methods and instructions can be found within the invoice attached to your registration confirmation email.
A placement will be reserved for you upon receipt of your web/email registration. Please send your payment via the authorised payment modes to confirm your seat(s). All payment has to be made within 30 days from the date of your online registration. For delayed payment, please email us (email@example.com) in writing stating your reason and invoice number. Thereafter, the application is subjected to INTASE’s consideration and approval for the proposed delay payment date.
